Orders are generally shipped the next business day but please allow up to 2-3 business days for shipment. Our orders are all shipped domestically from our studio in Los Angeles, CA. Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order after shipment.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange or return all purchases made from www.thecasery.com within 30 calendar days of arrival. All returns or refunds require a receipt or order number. Please submit a request by e-mail to customerservice@thecasery.com to start a return.

All bags must be in new condition with original packaging and uncut tags attached. Returned bags must not show any sign of wear, including marks/scratches or any kind of damage.
